Just doodled the postcard sent by Doodlers Anonymous together with the coloring book few weeks ago. Hope to send this back to them soon. :-)
DOODLERS ANONYMOUS Coloring Book Volume 2
Just received my copy of the much awaited Volume 2 of the DA Coloring Book. The big deal: one of my doodles last year was included! Thanks for this awesomesauce DA!!!
April 1 marks the date of my greatest achievement so far in my doodling career!
My doodle entry called “THE PLAYTIME HOUSE” was chosen as one of the 50 artworks to be printed by DA (Doodlers Anonymous) Isn’t that great? Well, there were about 365 entries submitted from doodlers all over the world. Now that’s really GREAT!
Back in my February 16 post, I’ve shared about my entry to the Open Call Submission of the DA Coloring Book Volume II. March 31 was the final announcement of the selected winners but it was done by emailing the winners.
Luckily, I received the “golden” email last April 1. Here’s an excerpt of the message:
Hello Doodler,
Thank you for participating in our second coloring book’s open call.
We have some great news! Your submission has been accepted as a final
entry, and it’s very probable we’ll be printing it (baring any last
minute layout changes).
Congratulations!
We look forward to getting this into the hands of art fans everywhere.
You can do the happy dance now, we’ll join you :)
All the best,
Rony/OKAT, Editor @ DA
Here’s a clip of all the submitted entries for the contest as posted on the DA blog last March 13. They pilled up roughly 365 entries in this 58 secs video so don’t dare to wink. Mine was somewhere in the 28th second.
I was really praying to be selected. Because I know how much time and effort I’ve exerted just to submit an entry. Well, thank you God for answering my prayers!
The next thing to look forward to is the final date of release of the coloring book. I just can’t wait to grab my free copy of it. :)

Last month, Doodlers Anonymous have finally launched it’s open call for submissions to the DA Coloring Book Volume 2. It is a collection of printed doodles in black and white and will be sold in the online store.
This is a great update from the community after the success of the first coloring book released two years ago. Which is still available on the DA’s online store at a very affordable price. Members of the DA community are given the chance to showcase their doodling skills on the second installment of the coloring book. Each chosen entry will be receiving free copy of the coloring book plus the priceless credit feature of his/her work on each of the book’s pages.

2011 is about to end. As the year finally closes, most of us will get busy preparing for the new year. Aside from listing out “to-do” lists or new year’s resolutions, another thing is choosing the perfect 2012 calendar.
